Policies:
-Check in 4-6pm and check out 11am
-Minimum stay required (2-night minimum on weekends, 3 nights on holiday weekends)
-Smoking is allowed in limited areas-smoking in the rooms will result in a $200 fee
-We cannot accommodate guest pets
-Children over 12 welcome
-Facilities are for the use of our overnight guests only
-Reservations are secured with a valid credit card. Payment is due on arrival. -$30 charge for each extra person over 2 persons.

Cancellation Policy:
An Administrative fee of $30 will be charged for all cancellations 24 hours after booking. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival an additional charge equal to one night stay will be applied.

Meals:
Coffee is available at 7am or anytime upon request.
Soft drinks and snacks are available in the common area. Refrigerator, ice maker and microwave are located in the dining room.
A buffet breakfast is served from 9am-10:30am Monday through Thursday.
    (Includes eggs, bread, fruit and juice)
A full gourmet breakfast is served on Saturday and Sunday at 9am in the dining room.
